Poppy’s was founded in January of 2009 by Chef Paul Yeaple with an emphasis on local ingredients and spending dollars within the surrounding community.   

All of Poppy’s beef is 100% Grass Fed , 100% Local, 100% Humanely Raised, from Kiernan Farm in Gardiner, NY.      We believe that farm to table dining is the easiest way to support the planet.
